Use the Repairs page. You choose your Apple device and service, answer a short diagnostic questionnaire, then get a preliminary quote, a service method and a booking slot. Eligible bookings are confirmed online after the deposit.
The questionnaire scores how confident we are in the diagnosis. High-confidence cases can book straight through; anything uncertain is routed to our team for a manual review before payment.
Online repair bookings take a 50% deposit on the repair quote, plus the full travel or same-day fee where applicable. The balance is due on completion.
Yes. We do house calls across Greater Johannesburg within a 60km radius of our Maboneng base, with a distance-based call-out fee shown before you pay. You can also meet us at our Maboneng meeting point by appointment.
Same-day bookings are possible where the schedule allows and are subject to availability and a priority surcharge, which is confirmed before payment.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days depending on your location and courier availability. You can also collect at our Maboneng meeting point by appointment.

Pay the deposit to reserve your device, then settle the balance within three months online. The device is released once payment is complete.
