Terms & Conditions
These terms govern repairs, device sales, trade-ins and lay-bys carried out by The Forbidden Apple.
Quotations
Online repair quotations are preliminary and based on the diagnostic answers you provide. If the condition of your device differs, or additional faults are found during inspection, we will contact you before doing any work that changes the amount.
Deposits
Repair bookings require a 50% deposit of the repair quotation, plus any call-out or same-day fee in full. Deposits secure your appointment and are credited against the final invoice.
Parts
We use premium Apple-compatible aftermarket parts unless a listing states otherwise. We are an independent repair business and are not an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
Appointments
Preferred times are confirmed by our team. Same-day requests are subject to availability, a cut-off time and a surcharge.
