Warranty Policy
Every repair and every device we sell carries a written warranty.
Repairs
Repairs carry a workmanship warranty from the date of completion. The warranty covers the part fitted and the work done.
Devices
Each listing shows its own warranty period. Tested and graded refurbished and pre-owned devices are inspected before sale.
Not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked glass after collection, third-party interference and normal battery wear are not covered.
Claims
To claim, message us with your reference number and a description of the fault. We will arrange assessment at our Maboneng meeting point or at your address.
