We want you to be satisfied with your device or repair.
Devices
If a device you bought is not as described, contact us within 7 days of collection or delivery for an exchange or refund, provided it is in the same condition.
Repairs
If a repair fails within its warranty period, we will re-do the work at no charge or refund the repair amount.
Deposits and lay-bys
Repair deposits cover reserved time and parts. Lay-by cancellations are handled in line with the Consumer Protection Act, and any cancellation charge is disclosed before it is applied.
